SCMP reports debt-ridden former senior fireman Chan Sai-tong was jailed for a year yesterday for threatening two staff of a Hollywood Road antique shop run by the third wife of gambling mogul Stanley Ho Hung-sun with a knife and tying them up.

The District Court heard earlier that Chan had hoped shop owner Chan Un Chan (also known as Chan Yuen-chan) would tell Ho to get out of the gambling business.
