Help me register on the lexisONE Community, I don’t understand the rules.
A: Both your ID and Password must meet the following requirements:
Ø Your entry must contain no less than 6 and no more than 25 alphanumeric characters.
Ø No special characters including spaces are allowed.
Ø Must include at least 1 letter and 1 number character.
Ø Entry is case sensitive.
Ø ID and Password must not be identical.

Q 2: How do I unsubscribe to the site?
A: Please call 800.539.4700 Option 3, with your account information; a LexisNexis representative will assist you.
Q 3: What do I do if I forget my lexisONE Community user name and/or password?
A: Please call 800-539-4722 Option 3, a LexisNexis representative will confirm ownership of the account and will provide you with your user name.
A: You may select the RETRIEVE PASSWORD HERE option on the login page or via the Account Details link. On this page you will be asked to provide the email address used when registering for the site as well as your user name. Or you may call 800-539-4722 Option 3 and a representative will assist you.

lexisONE Community currently does not provide any individual legal assistance or any services in which research is conducted for our users.
Please refer to the product specific FAQ’s for additional assistance or If you are in need of more specific research assistance, we suggest visiting your local, county, or state court library and seeking the assistance of a law librarian.
Q 9: I have a new email address, how do I update my account?
A: Please update your user profile by selecting the Account Details link located on the top navigation bar.
Q 10: I lost the email that had my legal research id; how do I get my id now?
A: In order to obtain your Lexis ID, click on the following link or cut and paste it into your browser window:
If prompted to login, enter your lexisONE® Community ID and Password on the page entitled Current Subscriptions you will see your Lexis.com ID under the Lexis ID column. (If you do not see the Current Subscriptions page, click on the link at the top of the page entitled Account Details. In the middle of the next page under Research Value Packages; click Check or Access Current Research Package Subscriptions.)
Your password will be the lexisONE® Community password that you previously created.
To begin your research, click the link on the left side of the screen labeled Access Research.
**IMPORTANT NOTE:** If you currently have a lexis.com subscription, you will need to
logout/un-save your current lexis.com sign-on information in order to use this ID. This will
avoid outside-of-plan charges on your lexis.com subscription.
