Workers' compensation - attorney fees

Administrative law judge did not err in awarding an attorney an hourly fee of $261 per hour for her work in a workers' compensation case because the hourly rate was not out of line with what she charged other clients for similar work and was in line with the reasonable market rate. The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed a ruling by the U.S. Benefits Review Board.
