Pay Discrimination and Ledbetter v. Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., 2007 U.S. LEXIS 6295 (May 29, 2007)
Posted by AME3bg

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., denying the right of an employee to file a claim for salary discrimination under an interpretation of the time frame required by the EEOC.
