Survey Studies Best Practices for Mentoring Programs for Women Lawyers

Recent media reports have raised some serious issues about women lawyers’ career satisfaction and success in the legal profession. Reading about a potentially competitive or less-than-desirable attitude from other women, we wondered: what may this mean for new law grads and young lawyers who are looking for a connection to more experienced women lawyers in their workplaces? 
The Massachusetts School of Law Center for Law Student Ethics and Professionalism is conducting a nationwide survey aimed at determining best practices for mentoring programs for women lawyers and establishing which programs should be receiving increased focus and resources for maximum efficiency in the mentoring of young women lawyers.
